  • 2/3 c. Pet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 2 heaping tsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans (halves)

Directions

    Melt in microwave: Pet milk, oleo and chocolate chips.

    Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar and salt.

    Beat eggs and add to milk mixture.

    Combine with dry ingredients.

    Add vanilla flavoring. Prebake a pie crust for 3 minutes.

    Place pecans in the bottom of shell.

    Pour chocolate mixture over pecans and bake 20 minutes at 350° or until a crack is seen on top 1-inch from the edge.

    Top will be a lighter brown.
