Chocolate Pecan Pie

- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine chocolate, evaporated milk and butter in saucepan. Over low heat, cook mixture until smooth.

2In separate bowl, beat eggs and add sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and pecans; mix well. Add this mix to cooked mixture.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

4Filling should be firm.

5May be served with whipped cream.
