- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 well beaten egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
- 2 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1In top of double boiler, mix flour, cocoa, sugar and salt.

2Add milk and egg yolks.

3Place on bottom of double boiler in which water is boiling.

4Cook on high heat, stirring constantly until thick.

5Remove from heat.

6Add oleo and vanilla.

7Beat until smooth.

8Pour into baked pie shell.
