- 1 c. sugar
- 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 2 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 rounded Tbsp. margarine
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions

1Mix the sugar, flour and cocoa in a small container until well blended.

2Melt butter in an iron skillet on low heat.

3Add the dry ingredients to the butter; mix lightly.

4Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.

5Add milk to eggs; beat together.

6Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients in the skillet gradually, stirring constantly.

7Cook until thick.

8Add vanilla.

9Pour into pie shell; cover with meringue.

10Bake at 425° until golden brown.
