  • 4 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix Nestle Quick, flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar and salt together. Add beaten egg yolks.

    Add milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 3 egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Pour on pie and bake until brown.
