  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix milk and egg yolks; heat until hot.

    In bowl, mix sugar, flour and chocolate.

    Add to hot mixture.

    Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.

    Pour into pie shell.
