- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cocoa
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Heat 1 1/2 cups milk on low heat while mixing sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, cocoa and 1/2 cup milk.

2Add to warm milk; when thick, add flavoring and margarine, cook another 2 minutes until blended well.

3Place in cooked pie shell; add meringue, bake about 15 minutes at 375° or until meringue is browned to your liking.
