   ingredients together. Beat egg whites and set aside. Mix milk

   with dry ingredients.

   Cook in a double boiler over

   low heat.

   Add butter while cooking.

   When mixture is thickened, remove from heat and add vanilla.

    Pour into 2 baked pie

    shells.

    with meringue and bake at 350° until meringue is brown.
