  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix sugar, cocoa and flour together.

    Mix milk and eggs together.

    Combine these 2 mixtures.

    Cook in double boiler until thick.

    Add butter as mixture starts to thicken.

    Cool mixture. Add vanilla.
