  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate, shaved
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Heavily grease 12 non-stick muffin cups.

    In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, milk and butter together.

    Add flour, chocolate and salt; beat until smooth.

    Divide the batter between the 12 muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes or until puffed and crisp on the tops.

    Serve as soon as possible.

    Garnish with powdered sugar, fruit or berries.
