- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Cream margarine and Crisco together.

2Cream in sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.

4Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.

5Add alternately with milk and vanilla.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.

7Let cool before removing from pan.
