- 34 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup milk
- 13 cup butter or 13 cup margarine, melted
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups packed light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 13 cups hot water
- whipped topping (optional)
- ice cream (optional)
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 Tbls cocoa, baking powder and salt.

2Blend in milk, butter and vanilla.

3Beat until smooth.

4Pour into an 8 inch square pan.

5In a small bowl, combine 1/2 c sugar, brown sugar and 4 Tbls cocoa.

6Sprinkle over top of cake.

7DO NOT STIR.

8Pour hot water over cake.

9DO NOT STIR.

10Bake at 350F 35-40 minutes.

11Let stand 15 minutes.

12Serve warm topped with whipped topping or icecream.
