Ingredients: 1 cup flour; 2teasp baking powder; Half teasp salt; 2 tablesp. cocoa; Three quarter cup sugar; 2 tablesp canola oil; 1 teasp vanilla; half cup milk; TOPPING....; three quarter cup brown sugar packed; 4 tablesp cocoa; 1 and a half cups boiling water or coffee

2 tablesp. cocoa
Three quarter cup sugar
2 tablesp canola oil
1 teasp vanilla
half cup milk
TOPPING....
three quarter cup brown sugar packed
4 tablesp cocoa
1 and a half cups boiling water or coffee

Directions

sift flour,baking powder,salt and cocoa together. Add sugar,oil,vanilla and milk.

Mix together.

spread in a oiled cake pan

Mix brown sugar and cocoa together

and spread over the batter.

Carefully pour the boiling water or coffee over the top of the cake.

Bake at 350 F(180C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
