  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine margarine, flour, sugar and nuts in mixing bowl; mix well.

    Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
