  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (3 oz. size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk

    Press into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
