  • cream 20 cl. liquid
  • 4 tablespoons cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons flour
  • 7 1/4 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 6 2/3 tablespoons dark chocolate 70 %
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • butter

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 320 F.

    In a bowl, whip the cream and sugar.

    Add the eggs, then the flour and ground almonds. Mix well
  4. 4
    Melt the chocolate and add to the mixture.

    Butter 5 ramekins. Add a few raspberries in each ramekin and pour the chocolate mixture on top.

    Bake for 18 minutes.
