- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. seedless raspberry jam
- 2 Tbsp. Chambord
- 1/2 c. sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions

1In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil over moderate heat. Remove from heat.

2Add chocolate, stir until melted and smooth. Add butter bit by bit, stir until smooth.

3Stir in jam and Chambord.

4Chill in bowl for about 4 hours.

5After chilled, roll into small balls (1/2 to 1 inch diameter) and roll in cocoa powder.

6Chill on waxed paper for about 1 hour.
