- 1/2 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello (dry)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh strawberries
- 1 cooled pie shell
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix jello, sugar and cornstarch. Add water.

2Cook on medium-high until thickened, about 5 minutes.

3Cool.

4Add cleaned berries to glaze.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Top with Cool Whip. This is also good with fresh peaches and peach jello.
