Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding

Ingredients

  • 125 grams Plain Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 120 grams Caster sugar
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 85 grams Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Chocolate sauce
  • 185 grams Soft brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Coca powder
  • 250 ml Boiling water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180c.

    Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl.

    Add the milk butter, egg and vanilla extract and mix with electric beater until combined.

    Pour into 4 x 1 cup greased pudding moulds.

    Stir the sugar and cocoa powde in a bowl to combine, then sprinkle over the batter.

    Pour boiling water carefully over the puddings then bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Serve with thick cream.
