    In a bowl, combine sugar and flour.

    In saucepan, mix butter, cocoa, water and bring to a boil.

    Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer.

    Pour into greased and floured jelly pan.
