  • 3 c. light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pecans (to cover top)

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt in bowl.

    Beat in eggs, melted margarine, milk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust and drop pecans (halved) to almost cover top.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then bake at 350° for almost 20 minutes or until done.

    Makes 2 pies.
