  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Five minutes before cake is done, bring margarine, cocoa and milk to boil.

    Stir in powdered sugar, pecan halves and vanilla and spread over hot cake.
