  • 1 14 cups butter, divided
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 cup unsweetened cocoa, divided
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 12 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup butter, stir in water and 1/4 cup cocoa.

    Bring to a boil, remove from heat.

    In large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking sida, cinnamon and salt.

    Add cocoa mixture, beat well.

    Stir in 1/3 cup condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.

    Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly-roll pan.

    Bake 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

    In small saucepan over medium heat, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter, add remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and remaining condensed milk.

    Stir in powered sugar and nuts.

    Spread over warm cake.
