  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, divided
  • 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

    Reserve 1 Tbsp.

    Mix butter and remaining cookie crumbs; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.

    Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.

    or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.

    ; stir until chocolate is completely melted.

    Add cream cheese, half the marshmallow creme, pudding mix and milk; beat with mixer until blended.

    Mix remaining marshmallow creme and COOL WHIP with whisk until blended.
