  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • dairy whip (12 oz.)
  • 2 small pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together flour, pecans and butter or oleo.

    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 325° for 15 minutes. (Cool.)
