  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 14 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup mixed fruit

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Cream together the butter, sugar and salt.

    Add egg and mix well, add fruit.

    Stir in sifted flours and cocoa.

    Press into a greased swiss roll tin.

    Bake in a moderate oven 30 minutes.
