- 1 cup butter room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 6 medium eggs or 5 large ones
- 1 5/16 cups milk chocolate melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup flour sifted
- 15/16 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- salt
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Beat together the butter and powdered sugar until well combined.

3Add the eggs and mix well.

4Mix in the melted chocolate.

5Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Carefully whisk into the chocolate mixture.

6Pour the batter into individual greased ramekins. Do not fill all the way to the top.

7Bake for 6-8 minutes. The souffle should looked cooked on the outside but be jiggly when touched. The chocolate will be melted in the middle.

8You can carefully unmold the souffles or eat directly from the ramekins while hot.
