Balsamic Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Skirt, flank, or possibly lean sirloin steak
- 1 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion Salt to taste Black pepper, freshly grnd to taste
Directions

1Preheat a gas grill or possibly broiler for 10 min, or possibly start a charcoal fire 30 min ahead.

2Remove fat from meat.

3Place in a bowl or possibly plastic bag with vinegar and onion.

4Let marinate 20 min.

5Drain and place on a warm grill or possibly under a preheated broiler.

6For rare, cook 5 min if steak is thin or possibly 8 min if thicker.

7Cook longer if desired it medium or possibly well done.

8Remove to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest 5 min.

9Slice on a diagonal against the grain.
