Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 small tub Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Directions

    Combine margarine, flour, nuts, salt and sugar.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip until smooth.

    Pour over crust while still warm.

    Mix milk and pudding until creamy. Pour over the cream cheese mixture.

    Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
