- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 small tub Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Directions

1Combine margarine, flour, nuts, salt and sugar.

2Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.

4Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip until smooth.

5Pour over crust while still warm.

6Mix milk and pudding until creamy. Pour over the cream cheese mixture.

7Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
