  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine in saucepan, cocoa, sugar and salt.

    Stir in cold water.

    Simmer until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes.

    Cool and add vanilla.
