  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can chocolate syrup

    Cream 1 stick margarine and 1 cup sugar.

    Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time.

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add alternately with large can of chocolate syrup.

    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Mix well and pour in a sheet pan.

    Bake approximately 35 minutes at 350°. Cool 10 minutes before icing.
