  • 1 egg white, beaten with 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. whipped cream, beaten with 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted

Directions

    Fold egg white mixture into whipped cream mixture.

    Add vanilla and mix well.

    Put in Pyrex dish and freeze for 45 minutes.

    Add chocolate chips; mix well and then add nuts.

    Place mixture into paper muffin tins and freeze.

    Makes approximately 7.
