- 1 c. whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted or slightly salted butter
- 1 lb. cocoa (light, dark or white chocolate wafers)
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier, B&B brandy or any liqueur of your choice (when using oil flavor, cut flavoring in half)
Directions

1Place whipping cream (do not whip) and butter in saucepan over medium heat.

2Bring to a full boil.

3Stir; let mixture boil up again.

4Remove from stove; add full pound of chocolate.

5Stir until completely melted and smooth.

6Let set up overnight in a very cool place or cover mixture and refrigerate after pouring in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

7Using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller, make balls.

8Roll in Macadamia nut bits or coconut, etc.
