- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk chocolate pieces
Directions

1In a heavy saucepan, bring the cream just to a boil.

2Remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate pieces and butter. Stir until all the chocolate pieces and butter are melted.

3Beat with a spoon until well mixed.

4Pour into a bowl and cover (let the chocolate mixture cool to room temperature before covering). Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

5Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a plate.

6Re-chill in refrigerator.

7Dip each ball into melted chocolate to cover.

8Set on waxed paper to harden.
