- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. tub chocolate nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- powdered sugar
- finely chopped nuts, toasted coconut, grated semi-sweet chocolate, cookie crumbs or multi colored sprinkles
Directions

1Cook chocolate on High for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.

2Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

3Stir in cream cheese until smooth.

4Cool to room temperature.

5Gently stir in whipped topping.

6Refrigerate 1 hour.

7Shape into 1 inch balls.

8Roll in powdered sugar, nuts, coconut, grated chocolate, cookie crumbs or sprinkles.

9Store in the refrigerator.

10Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
