- 1/2 lb. soft caramels
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 c. (about) pecan halves
- 4 sq. (4 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1Melt caramels with cream over hot water; cool about 10 minutes.

2Place pecan halves on wax paper in clusters of 3 (one for the head of the turtle and the other two for legs).

3Spoon caramel mixture over the nuts, leaving tips of head and legs showing.

4Let stand until set (about 1/2 hour).
