- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes chocolate pudding or 1 large box
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix margarine, flour and pecans.

2Spread in 2-quart Pyrex dish.

3Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

4Cool.

5Beat together cream cheese (room temperature), Cool Whip and powdered sugar and spread on top of first mixture.

6Mix chocolate pudding with milk and beat about 2 minutes.

7Spread on top of second layer.
-
8Top with remaining Cool Whip.

9Shave part of small Hershey bar on top of 4th layer.
