Chocolate Yogurt Creme Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/3 c. 2% milk
  • 2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • fresh sliced raspberries or strawberries
  • low-fat (light) Cool Whip

Directions

    In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and gelatin. Gradually stir in milk; let set 10 minutes.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil and gelatin dissolves.

    Stir in yogurt and vanilla; blend until combined.

    Pour into dessert dishes.

    Chill until set, approximately 6 hours.

    Top with Cool Whip and fruit.
