  • 2 (7 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained slightly
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pack Ritz, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Stir pineapple cheese, flour and sugar together until moistened.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Place crushed crackers on top.

    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
