Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 1 c. unsweetened cocoa; 2 c. sugar; 2 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1/4 tsp. salt; 4 jars prune baby food (newborn or 1st generation); 2 tsp. vanilla; 1/2 carton Egg Beaters; 1 c. skim milk; 1 c. boiling water; 2 Tbsp. instant coffee

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 jars prune baby food (newborn or 1st generation)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 carton Egg Beaters
1 c. skim milk
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. instant coffee

Directions

Sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Stir unti blended and add prunes, vanilla, Egg Beaters and milk.

Combine coffee and boiling water; stir until dissolved. Stir into batter until blended.

Bake in two 9-inch cake pans or 13 x 9-inch pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
