  • 1 qt. any flavor ice cream, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. baking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. nondairy type whipped topping
  • 3 c. flaked coconut

    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.

    Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups coconut; mix well.

    Press on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
