- 2 lb. pork roast (no more)
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seed or powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (picante or Tabasco, etc.)
- salt to taste
Directions

1Put pork roast and pinto beans in large pot and cover with water.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Cook at least 8 hours over low heat.

4Serve in individual bowls over corn chips or Doritos or Fritos.

5On top, put grated cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped onion and hot sauce.
