- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 3 oz. can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup green peppers (chopped)
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup water
Directions

1Brown and drain the hamburger.

2Add the remaining ingredients. Less noodles and more green peppers may be added.

3No salt since soup and noodles are salted.

4Place into a lightly greased medium casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
