  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 3 oz. can chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup green peppers (chopped)
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts
  • 2/3 to 3/4 cup water

Directions

    Brown and drain the hamburger.

    Add the remaining ingredients. Less noodles and more green peppers may be added.

    No salt since soup and noodles are salted.

    Place into a lightly greased medium casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
