  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 7/16 cups wholemeal flour T150
  • 1 7/16 cups wheat flour
  • 7 13/16 tablespoons rye flour
  • 6 7/8 tablespoons maize flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

    Remove bowl from bread machine.

    Add liquid ingredients and then add dry ingredients.

    Select a program for integral mass, because this program has a longer pre-heating time that allows more processing time and resuls in a lighter bread.

    To add dried fruit, select a seedless fruit, such as figs, prunes or dates.

    Place 75 grams of finely chopped dried fruit into the mix after the beep.
