- 1 lb. raw bean sprouts
- 6 large stalks celery
- 2 large onions
- 1 small can mushroom pieces
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 lb. raw shrimp (any meat)
- 2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp. crushed ginger
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch in 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil.

2After rinsing off sprouts, simmer for ten minutes.

3Bias cut celery and onions into semi-large pieces.

4Add to sprouts and simmer another five minutes.

5While you are cooking the vegetables, cut meat into whatever size pieces you desire.
