- 1 lb. pork shoulder
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 Spanish onions
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- salt and pepper to taste
- soy sauce as desired
Directions

1Chop meat into bite size pieces and cook in small amount of oil for about 20 minutes.

2Chop celery into small chunks and cook in fry pan about 15 minutes.

3Chop onions and cook about 20 minutes.

4Combine all above and stir in molasses.

5Cook about 20 minutes then add bean sprouts and toss with soy sauce.

6Serves 2 to 4.
