- 380 grams chicken breasts
- 1 bunch snow peas
- 1 green bell capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

1Follow ingredients and let's start.

2Chop chop and chop...your way!

3Put everything together and add all spices/oil/sauce.

4Let it rest for a bit.

5Start frying.

6Give it some flame ;-) and keep stiring.

7Add the brown sugar towards the end.

8(Optional, before step 5: add a bit of water to the pan and drain it after +- 60 seconds.

9Use it as salad dressing.
