Ingredients

  • 380 grams chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch snow peas
  • 1 green bell capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

    Follow ingredients and let's start.

    Chop chop and chop...your way!

    Put everything together and add all spices/oil/sauce.

    Let it rest for a bit.

    Start frying.

    Give it some flame ;-) and keep stiring.

    Add the brown sugar towards the end.

    (Optional, before step 5: add a bit of water to the pan and drain it after +- 60 seconds.
