  • 12 whole Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives, Halved
  • 1/2 cups Water-packed Roasted Red Peppers, Drained And Diced
  • 1/4 cups Pepperoncini, Drained And Sliced Into Rings
  • 1/2 pints Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 1/4 cups Green Onions, Chopped
  • 2 ounces, weight Provolone Cheese Cubed
  • 2 ounces, weight Salami, Diced
  • FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar, Or To Taste
