- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/3-inch dice
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 4 cups shredded romaine
- 1 cup radish sprouts
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds, toasted
