- 34 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 pork chops (1/2 in thick)
- 1 large onion, sliced into rounds
Directions

1In a large plastic bag combine the lime juice, salt and pepper.

2Add the chops and onion.

3Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

4Drain and reserve the marinade and onions.

5Grill the chops, covered over medium heat until no longer pink.

6About 8-10 minutes a side.

7Place the marinade and onions in a saucepan, bring to a boil and serve with chops.
